Hubby and I found this cute barn mailbox outside of Medford, Oregon, on our last vacation. Of course, I spotted it out of the corner of my eye and did a u-turn to go back and take a picture. The photo isn't edited or cropped. This was "straight out of the camera". Outdoor Wednesday for July 21, 2010. For other participants, please visit: http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/

I love old barns too, we just got home from a road trip through Montana and Oregon and we saw so many really cool barns! We decided you weren't 'anybody' if you didn't have a barn, you would have loved it!
ReplyDeleteSouthern Oregon had a LOT of beautiful, old barns! Unfortunately, that day we were so tired that we didn't take some of the side roads to go see them. Maybe next time! I bet Montana has some beautiful ones! I'm envious!
ReplyDeleteGreat picture! There's something about a barn that makes me smile!
ReplyDeleteCute mailbox. I like the birds singing in the background of the blog.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to stop by my blog post http://houseofhawthornes.blogspot.com/2010/07/visit-to-farm.html . There is a photo of a 1880's Ohio barn - not from the Southwest, but still a great looking barn.
